Cafe 7 LLC - Start Up 1% Equity

We are launching a new food division of Gamers Heaven that will take the food and beverage aspect of Gamers Heaven and not only further develop the current offering and services, but officially begin the development of the Cafe design, menus, events, and branding. 

Cafe 7 is being developed in order to compartmentalize the operational responsibilities of a Gamers Heaven so that either business can operate independently or together allowing the maximum usage of staff and resources. 

Cafe 7 LLC will exist as its own standalone entity but will still very much owned and operated by Gamers Heaven Corporation, but a new management and development team will be utilized instead of Andrew Hwang, the current CEO.
